The small pointy nose seems to be what both the surgeon and patient were aiming for, so i guess this was a success in that sense, but I'll never understand why this is so appealing.

You're not running away from anything with plastic surgery honey. You were very pretty, and now it looks like you are missing pieces of your nose with a tiny bulge added on top to make it more "nose like".
