What exactly is going on with the former American Idol star, Clay Aiken?Clay Aiken almost looks like a completely different person, in just a few short years he went from Opie Taylor to a mirror image of botched plastic surgery.
Or perhaps he just packed on a lot of extra weight??? Either facial fillers or weight gain, one or the other.

Looks the same to me....just a mature man rather than a post teen. Most men finally arrive at their mature look by 26-28. JMO
That picture was taken shortly after he had jaw surgery for TMJ. He was still swollen. He looks great now. He recently appeared on the View and he still looks just as cute as ever.
I have to agree that his jaw is bigger. I had surgery for TMJ two years ago and my face (I am female though) never looked like that or ended up looking like his. I think he's just gained some weight. He always has a ton of foundation on though and that's what appears odd to me.

I JUST saw him on a PBS TV special, "Clay Aiken: Tried & True". I think he looked horrid. His face was so round & completely constructed. Even his eyes were changed with a tweak to the skin around them. What the heck do these people think when they screw up their faces thinking it makes them look better. Another Michael Jackson? Both were very good looking, but weren't satisfies. It's a illness when they can't be happy unless they go for endless surgeries. It wasn't medically necessary & it sure isn't an improvement. Who is he kidding?
Did he ever get that fist removed from his rear end that was firmly planted a few years ago?

Clay had a TMJ disorder and had surgery in 2009 where his jaw was broken in two places and reset. Clay told his fans about this in a blog himself - so why pick up on the rumors that are now all over the internet and none based on any factual verification.
He looks swollen....all puffed up......Plastic surgery doesn't make you look like this unless the swelling has not gone down yet.......WHATEVER he did....he looks AWFUL in these pics.
I noticed these comments are old..that means the article is old, too. Things must be quiet in tinsel town these days.
Facial Fillers would likely mean only one thing. How terribly, terribly sad.
why do we care? If he likes the way he looks, that's cool.
