Is it legal to wear a teeny bikini in public at this age? Should it be? I bet she still thinks of herself as a "Blonde Bombshell". That hairdo says she peaked in the '60's. I need time and therapy after this disturbing visual....

If you study a larger photo.. the hand around her waist appears to be African American.. and string bikini lady appears to have a claw or hoove for a hand.
