I'll be the first to admit that Joan Rivers is talented and funny. She now has the looks to match.
Just goes to show you plastic surgeons can change almost everything about your body, but they still can't give you brains & good taste.
At least Joan does not lie about it like most celebs do and can laugh about the fact she looks like her face is now made of plastic. Well, it probably is LOL!

She looked real before, I am a fan of her humor, but the surgery is a tragedy!
She should have left her face alone...great personality though!!!
If those are her before pictures, why did her nose already looked messed with? It already looks thinned out a little in the second and third before pic.
