Avril Lavigne before and after breast implants.
What do you think folks? Did punk pop princess, Avril Lavigne, go under the knife for plastic surgery?There is definitely a huge difference in her breast size from the looks of this before and after picture, however is it truly the result of breast implants or perhaps an extremely late growth spurt?
Breast implants seem to be the logical answer here, but you never know, the body works in mysterious ways sometimes...
