Rick Springfield Brow Lift

Rick Springfield sure is looking awfully different these days..

Just to refresh your memory, Mr. Springfield is the 1980's rocker with the smash hit song "Jessie's Girl", for which he won a Grammy award.

Back to Rick's face...

The drastic change in his current appearance looks to be the result of a brow lift and perhaps a minor nose job as well.

I think many of us try an imagine what our favorite rock stars will look like with age, unfortunately in many cases we'll never know, because plastic surgery is king in all avenues of show business.

No, he did NOT have a brow lift or nose job. The difference in his features is because he became more leaner, from a healthy diet and weight training. The result is less overall percentage body fat, which affects one's whole body, including one's face.

No it is not that he is leaner.....he got upper veneers! Duh!!! can't you tell he looks like he's wearing dentures on top! He got upper veneers and no lower ones so it jets upper maxiilla (bones structure of upper mouth) forward and pushes bones in face out a bit, also straightens upper lip so there is no natural peak on upper lip on either side below nostrils......so it changed his facial bone stucture appearance, around cheecks and upper mouth area. He did not have brow lift.....same forehead and has wrinkled there so that is incorrect and no nose job....,his nose has not changed one bit! No weight loss.....his face is actually fuller. Not mention he wears green contacts as well......and because of his upper veneers he also speaks with a lisp now. If you go to his website you can hear him speak in interviews and now the veneers have caused him to have a lips! He needs to get lower ones to even his jaw out instead of having that awful overbite and lisp! Uhhh he must of had so
e bad upper teeth as he aged that he needed them replaced.... But my gosh, get the whole mouth done so it looks evenly proportioned!

First of all are you a dentist. Veneers do not push out your bone structure in your face, or make you talk with a lisp. And he does wear contacts, because when he does not have them in he has glasses. But having veneers does not change the structure of your face. One just has a prettier smile. Jealous much???????

definitely botox

He looks exactly the same. No surgery apparent. Just a bit of aging. Perhaps some Botox and fillers, but that is definitely not a brow lift.

I agree whole heartedly with the poster who said its the veneers and colored contacts. That's it. Nothing else. I have veneers and it changed my face under my nose and made me look younger because it fills out more under the skin- smoothing it some. I also have somewhat of a lisp-- something I'm unhappy about but heard it can happen when the veneers cause air pockets and close others that were there before. As you re-learn to speak it changes --sometimes takes as long as a year!

I think he still looks great!

Maybe Botox, and some "dental work," which we've all had at some point, if you'd like to have a nice smile! Geez....a little jealousy here, or what? As for contacts, yes, he does wear clear contacts occasionally, but his eyes haven't changed, he's always had green/hazel eyes. Conclusion: Rick still looks fantastic at 64, and knows how to rock! A true "ROCK ICON!"
