Somewhere along the way, Beyonce decided she needed a nose job (Rhinoplasty) to make a slight adjustment in the width of her nose.
Long story short, she went forward with the plastic surgery and everything turned out fine, she got the slimmer "Hollywood" nose she wanted, without any complications.

Sure she looks great after getting the nose job, but was this operation really necessary? Perhaps she felt this would better her chances of landing high profile movie roles. What do you think? Nose job or no job?

She is not a pretty girl to me and she is stuck on her face and body and people like real people down to earth and she's not real.
She had a African-American nose at first,which was wide and flat.I think she wants to look white.But you can still see that African-American look every where.

The "after" picture is a result of photoshop. If you look at candid photos of Beyonce her nose looks exactly the same as "before".
These celebrities never learn...after Michael Jackson and countless other botched celebrity plastic surgeries you'd thing they had enough! And why don't they use that fabulous plastic surgeon featured on The Doctors?!
"She's stuck on her face"? You're the one sitting here discussing it. You know nothing about her except that she's a celebrity. It's her job. Period. You don't know what she's like when she's not working, so we can just stop that noise right there. As far as her nose is concerned, she was beautiful before, she's beautiful now and the fact that there's a debate over whether or not she had work done at all means it was WELL done. So, go sit down somewhere.

I think it is all cosmetic contouring using makeup with Beyonce. It is easy to reshape your face using only makeup. Look at drag queens!!
